Since when do we need to "Like" threads? What is this Facebook?

Can that be turned off or removed in classic view?
Think this should be resolved now, please confirm.

The issue I was having has been resolved..

I think the issue with that "Black Bar" we're seeing in "Classic" view has something to do with the Arcade Awards..

When I look at a post from a member with an Arcade Award..I see that "Black Bar" or "Black Box" in their post..

Thanks again Jeff..

I was searching the forums today, and there seems to be a problem when using "Full" view mode..

This is not an issue in "Classic" mode..

Let me explain..When I am looking at this thread-->>Whats in your trunk?

The font in posts 10-14 is in "Comic Sans" the rest of the posts above that are in the correct font..

Here's a screen shot of what I mean:

This doesn't happen on all threads in "Full" view mode..This happens to be one of them that is exhibiting this problem though..

It also doesn't make a difference if I am signed in or not..

Maybe it has something to do with the signature of cbasstb95??

I wanted to point this out now..Since the new software has just recently been implemented..

I've noticed the little bar over an image that appears when it gets resized says %1%2 at the end instead of the original image dimensions.

That's normal, and is a feature (Image resizer) that was installed back in June; at Rayo's request, per the conversation below.

If you wish to view the image at full / original size just click on the bar at the top of the image that has %1%2 on it.

I thought maybe this was a browser issue, but I tried the Mozilla browser with the same results..

Some pics being posted here on the forum at 2048 x 1536 or larger are not being reduced automatically in size to fit the forum page..

Which is stretching the entire page out..Making it too wide to fit on the forum page having to scroll over to see the other half..

Is there a current size limit set on the pics posted here in the threads?

I have no problem with the new 2048 x 1536 size gallery pics option..

This is directed towards an issue with pics being too large to fit on the forum page having to scroll over to see the other half..

I only brought this up because I thought with the increase in size of the gallery pics this could compound the problem..

A good example of this is in the "Post a Picture You took Today" thread..There are cellphone pics a plenty that are just ginormous for no reason..

Most of the people posting pics here are too lazy to resize them to a quote on quote "normal size"..

That's why I was curious if there is a size limit on the pics being posted..Because some of them don't seem to be downsizing on their own..

I'm pretty sure there is software somewhere on this website that the Administrators can adjust..
To fix this issue with the overly large pics not fitting the forum threads pages properly..

I appreciate all your help on this matter..Thanks..

Rayo..
...

As for the larger embedded images in posts, I'll ask the tech team to install an image re-sizer.

Thanks Jeff. This isn't a new issue but one that was caused by the conversation above. If the %1%2 is incorrect, I wouldn't know.

Right, but the %1%2 should be replaced by the original image dimensions. That's how it was until the new forum SW went live.

Hi guys,

You want the logo in the banner changed, just for the classic skin, right? I can check with the creative team to see if they can fix that up for you guys.

Was there a preference to which you would like? The old logo or the one that is presently shown in the full skin?

Yes, just for the classic skin, with this logo http://forums.tccoa.com/images/tccoa_logo.gif

I started coming here for my old 1990 Thunderbird, but after I sold that and picked up an '87, I've found foxtbirdcougarforums.com far more useful for info on the fox bodies. It's still cool to have this place to bounce back to for additional reference tho. :3

Also, about time somebody updated the forum software. Things were looking a bit too 2004 around here.

I see a strange anomaly in the Post a Picture you took Today thread..

Post #3639 was quoted along with the image, and now post #3639 & post #3640 have been combined into one post..

This is an issue in "Full" and "Classic" view..

It may have something to do with the signature of Thunderchecken??

Thought you should know..
