Did it work correctly prior and this just started happening at random? They shouldn't have any relation, but it sounds like the BOO circuit is shorting voltage into the VSS signal. I'd check the grounds and also try unplugging the cruise control module since both circuits are used as control inputs

yes, the unit started acting up like few weeks ago, second time it happens, but i barely drive the car...speed cal has been used since the tr3650 swap which was done in 2012...

Not sure if this means anything but the cruise control module is disconnected actually since the bullitt intake swap and i havent relocated it...the cable is hooked up to the throttle body so the module is completely removed for now since i never looked into a mounting solution for it...my horn doesn't work as well and i believe thats all part of the circuit....

The cruise control module hasnt been hooked up for a long time.
