Double din install in 89-93 dash illustration

Figured I'd showcase a double din install in the 89-93 dash .
This was done by me in my 91 sport
Not easy i almost said nvm but everyone may have a different method as there are a few hacked tricky ways to get it done and one way to do it correct .

That's a Cougar, isn't it?

The dash is a bit wider ("bluffer shouldered" is how I'd describe it) than the Thunderbird dash.

Very handsome, or very beautiful; can't tell the sex of the car until I get closer to it.

Do you realize you were just passed by a NASCAR? I didn't think so.

This is true I am ... I'm a Chevy guy when it comes to " trucks" .. considering I work at a Ford dealer but when it comes to a mn12 specifically I'm a fan since day 1 Thru and thru.
Way I see it is how often do you see a beasty Bird on the road 25+ yrs later as apose to a million fox body's that have been through multiple restorations every where you look .
Those that have a well kept tbird have something to be proud of .

"That's what she said"

Well, you managed to fit it in there..It looks like it's protruding out by about an inch and a half though??

Are you going to leave it like that?
