Thanks guys. Had a great day today.

Yep, went flying with the wife and a buddy; got a few pics of the new coaster Cedar Point is in the process of building. Lakefront tower had me land on 6R instead of 6L today. I practically flew inside the Brown[ie]s stadium on final. Video of that potentially later, though it wasn't a very good landing (I bounced it a little...).

Still uploading, will probably finish around 10:30 or 11 tonight.

Thanks guys!

Yep - took the C210 out for my first complex lesson and checkout on that model on Sunday. Another couple hours in it before I'm good to go, but I'm already scheming over where to take it.

Happy Birthday, Brandon!

I have to say that you have done very well in the last several years; that's pretty awesome to see. Keep it up!

As I watched one of your videos, I had the coolest thought the other night.

I don't want to plan your vacation time but...

If you took the right course across the US, you could pick up the Eclipse at a southerly point, and extend the duration by flying along the path, adding time to the overall Eclipse duration.

It will take some analysis, and drafting Guitar Maestro to work some spherical geometry, probably, but basically the faster the aircraft, the longer the duration of the Eclipse.

I'm no master of these equations, but I believe the biggest deal is that the earth turns ~1000mph, so the sun ain't gonna stop.

I think all civilian aircraft are banned from that speed due to just that effect, lol. Oh, that and the whole sonic boom thing.

Are there any fast aircraft that have a nice sunroof? I'm in for gas and champagne, if possible.
