That's actually quite impressive. It took a lot of work to get that car from a Tbird to what it is.

Mods? Yea, I got mods ...
Air silencer delete, warp drive, dilithium crystals, flux capacitor, Slingshot Rubber band power adder, Moonshine & Gas, Leaf Blower Supercharger, Hamster Wheel & Hamster, Energizer Bunny generating 1.21 gigawatts, Mr. Fusion® Home Energy Reactor, hover conversion and a sextant celestial navigation system (The original GPS)
Best 1/4: 1,320 nanoseconds @ 670,616,629.2 miles per hour

"There isn't that much difference anymore between spacecraft, aircraft and modern automobiles..." - Keith Henry, NASA's Langley Research Center
See a list of my real mods and pictures of my car HERE. The true performance of my car was made possible by the Carolinas Crew Chief, RobertP at Rob's Tire & Auto.

Love the way that looks, but you'd think after all that work that he'd want a steering wheel without the T-Bird logo on it.

I think it sure looks nice enough, but it's just not my style.

I see it has an "am/fm/stereo with cassette" listed. I'm betting there's a lot of people here who don't even know what a cassette is! lol

Well....hows about some 8-tracks?

Hey man, my high school Lincoln had an 8-track player. I cleaned out the local thrift shop when I got that thing. I still remember late night trouble-making with a Van Morrison soundtrack.

I don't think thats ghetto... I like it! (maybe different colors) But its well done, and tasteful. And I agree with msp252... I love what they've done with the dash/console.

As for the tape, if you read the description of it you'll note it is built on a "brand new 1996 chassis"... in 1996 Tape players were still more common than CD players, though they were declining.

Oh hell yes!

Actually...I have a Pioneer LD-660 laserdisc player from 1984 that I just don't have the heart to throw out....it powers up but doesn't do anything else....I was thinking about swapping newer internals from a newer working LD machine into it's casing and since it's top loading mounting an LCD screen on the under side of the lid, and making a HUGE joke "portable" laserdisc players i.e. the flavor of "portable" dvd players

Not competely sure if those pics show some optical illusions/delusions about the stick on stuff.....but doesn't it look to anyone else like some basic math skills and a tape measure should've been used to center that stuff on the car?

The scoops appear to be randomly skewed over, and that...that.... you've got to be kidding....mailbox lettering? is definitely off center.
