Most people wouldn't be here if they didn't think there's was the best looking.

BIGPETE I am glad you posted your car, so I can see that sweet looking exhaust. I was afraid that with the design of the bumper cover that I couldn't do anything but hidden pipes like I have now, but that is awesome, more pictures with the tail pipes as a focus would rock.

Hope all this helps, but those are all the pics that I have of the exhaust system. I built it a couple of years ago as an engineering project in college, so I really don't have any more recent photos of it. As for heat and the bumper, in the winter time, the tips are just warm to the touch, while in the summer they are definately hot, sorta like really hot water. Not McDonald's coffee hot, but because there is a small gap between the tip and the bumper, the plastic bumper isn't really toasty. I've been running that setup since the fall of 2003 and I have yet to see any deformation or signs of thermal issues with the bumper and the tips.

Here are a few pics I took of my car while at the SC Shootout in Dayton, OH, this past weekend:

BTW, the XR7 managed to bring home the Sponsor's Choice award from the car show portion of the event, and the Highest Horsepower N/A V8 award from the dyno competition portion of the event. It ran some pretty decent times at the track too, with zero broken parts. I'm a happy camper.

Congrats on the awards and awesome looking pics. *cough* I want your taillights *cough*

Why didn't you swing that thing by on you way home so I could get a good look at it though?

The best looking MN-12 IMO you won't see much of. I had a buddy take a picture for me because all I saw was the tailights while he was pulling off the tracks and I was at the 1/8th....My buddy got to see this part of it

More pics!!

There was one posted a couple of months ago that was NICE! A white 94 or 95 SC, very clean. The person who posted had just gotten a set of Boyd Coddington wheels or something like that. Anyone know this one?

Oh, and here's mine. Not the best looking, but I like it.

I like your exhaust. I was just wondering the other night what my car would look like with the exhaust out the center.

I've thought about it. With the dual tips, it'd be kinda like the new corvettes!

No kidding 2 nights ago my buddy and I were at pepboys and I grabbed two dual tips and was asking him what he thought. Im about to cut off my flows and im brainstorming what Im going to do. For some reason im leaning towards dumps straight down to give the exhaust a nic elittle echo from under the car.
