Membership Expired

I'll pay my yearly membership as I've been doing for the past 5 years if the "Picture of the week" comes back.

I think it's worth $25 a year just for the picture hosting space and group buys. Just renewed a few moments ago.

No offense but I'm not going to renew unless my status reflects it in a timely fashion. The are no more packets given out. The home page never got renewed like the contest said it would. Pick of the week disappeared.... The site just isn't what it used to be.

Guys I'm not trying to start a war here, just trying to motivate the management on some of the exterior issues. And yes we are luckily to have such a knowledgeable MN12 site for free. Think of all the times you needed help with something, without a MN12 forum you'd have to pay for it at a shop.

I need to renew my membership, and I will. I have learned a whole lot about our cars here. Met some cool people too. We all know that we are a Niche group with our Thunderbirds here. We don't own Mustang's and Camaro's. It is more difficult to find upgrades and bolt on parts for our cars.
That said there is a lot of info here. There are many guys who have been here 6 plus years, a bunch of us for a bit less than that, and a crew of Newbies.

Bill dropped the price and the membership packets at about the same time. I don't personally care about a membership packet.
This is a good site and while some updates to the front page, and the pic of the week would be fun, it does not affect what's available to us on a daily basis.

I don't want any wars here either, and I know we all like progress but pretty much all the other car sites I frequent look exactly the same as they have for years. Give Bill a break, there are plenty of moderators who can help with membership issues and whatnot. Rest assured that Bill isn't making a fortune off the TCCOA. Like JamesD said Servers cost money every month to operate.

Besides I still need all of you guys to comment on my upcoming Powerstroke Engine swap into my bird. Oh yeah, it's gonna have 6 turbos, a Subaru all wheel drive drivetrain, and I'm running the stock hood...

Come on guys, we have too much fun here!

Yup I will also not renew till something is done. I love this site and the only keeping me around is the friends Ive made. But I find myslef being consumed with other things more and more when im on the net. There was a time I spent 90% of my web surfing here. Ill never go away but cant renew my mebership.

I just paid. I liked the pic of the week and it would be cool to see the front page redone, but I still come here quite a bit even though I have less time for the net at all now (kids and activities). This site is a wealth of information that you'd be hard pressed to find anywhere else. I've had a great time with the people I've met here and learned more than my fair share from TCCoA.

Ill retract my statement. You are right. I forgot and didnt even think about the cost to even keep this site going. I apologize. But still cannot renew my membership. I will however support the site and when I can I will renew.

Wow, not bad. I thought it was around $200. Maybe next year! Do you contact Bill for this? I didn't see it in the renewal.
