90 SC engine removal progress log

Here's my up to date progress. One thing I learned is to not seperate the engine from the transmission until out of car.

11/01/09 I got the hood pulled, radiator, intercooler and a few odds and ends. It's gonna be a fun one.
11/07/09 pulled: supercharger, inlet plenum, big part, alternator, A/C compressor, power stearing pump and other various parts.
11/08/09 Injectors, fuel rails, wiring, 6 bell housing bolts, etc.
11/15/09 Engine is loose and ready to come out, exhaust, driveshaft and transmission have to be removed first.
11/22/09 Unbolted rear-end housing/drive shaft. Slid drive shaft out of transmission, unpluged wires from trans; removed shifter, need a tool for removal of hydrolic line from trans.
11/28/09 Removed hydrolic line; transmission, pulled engine, clutch, flywheel, intake manifold.

why take them down?
Hell look at a thread I started..http://forums.tccoa.com/showthread.php?t=116661

it has over 9,000 views, but only about 300 replies or so....not eveyone who looks at it will reply.....thats just the way it goes.
Heck, I may look at certain threads a few times before I have anything to add, and that right there will add to the view count. which the total number of views really doen't mean squat.

Yep, that's the plan. This car is replacing my old sleeper, a 1994 Mercury Tracer (Ford Escort) wagon that I swapped a Mazda KL-DE 2.5l V6 from a MX-6 and sprayed a 75 shot. Fastest I got with that setup was a [email protected] If this car is that quick for starters I'll be happy. Being it's lighter and will have 3.73's should help it, even if it's not as fast the Tracer was from a roll it should have no issues beating my 2.44 60' from the previously stated run.

Jeremy

P.S. I ran a 15.49 in it without spray too. Just an FYI.
