Misfire & code 214

i'm having a little problem with my sc, every time i punch the gas i get a miss, this only happens on WOT, if i drive it normal it runs perfect, check engine light comes on and off as i'm driving, i got the code 214 on the KOEO test. any help would be appreciated.

had the same issue with the 95 without the missing.. just an annoying check engine light and a 214 that would not go away.... switch out the camshaft position sensor . cheap part may fix you up...

Yes...code 214 is the camshaft position sensor, which is an easy fix.

the car has been fixed, the misfire was caused by an old set of spark plug wires, I also replaced the cam sensor as you guys told me so the codes and check engine light are gone! thanks for the help

when it comes to any kind of misfires first thing to always go is check coil pack for any arching, than make sure all plug wires and plugs are all snug tight and secure.
