boost controler

does anyone know if u can use a boost controler on a supercharger. my brother has a supra turbo and he just got a blitz boost controler and it works great, it got me thinking if i could use it on my car. do we have the same vacume hoses for the wastegate.

wastegates on turbos work different that supercharged cars. wastegates let out the excess boost by turbos because the are turned by exhaust gasses which causes boost surges and that is why you use a boost controller. superchargers are controlled by engine rpm which limits the boost so you will actually hurt you performance by using it, the engine rpms effect the supercharger rpms that is your boost controller

Not to mention the fact that we have an external bypass valve which helps to recycle unused boost created by the supercharger.

Answer to your question: Yes, you could probably find a way to plumb it in, but there really is not point.
