When I swapped out my blower a couple of weeks ago, I forgot to put the vacum line back on the back of the manifold. Got that same sound. Very loud. My brother came over and put it back on, told me alot of people forget that one.

The whole bucking thing could be plug related. I had to change my plugs in leiu of all my upgrades. NGK uridiums rule. No problems at all now. As for the whooooooo, is it lower or higher pitched? I had forgotten to tighten the bypass valve clamps and had a boost/vac leak that I couldn't hear or see.
