Question tip cutouts?

Im getting ready to put on a new exhaust, but I'm thinking about notching the bumper. I've got the 3" magnaflow rolled edge tips, and I was wondering how hard it would be to notch the bumper, and if anyone had any advice/ techniques that would make it easy.

Yeah, I've thought about that option, but I don't really want to pay for one of those, though I agree

Probably too hard to do without making it look not all that pretty
just have them angle down like I did.
