borla question

My wife has a 95 with the 4.6 and we're looking for a borla setup or a combination with borla mufflers. Does anyone still sell that system or if not what combination of stainless pipes could we use to recreate it? I'd be looking for what borla part number for the muffler would work.

I'm using Borla Pro XS mufflers and they sound good.

was the exhaust custom or tied into an existing kit? Also does anyone else sell the intermediate pipes seperately in stainless?

Thanks for the replies. We've got a dynomax kit that was on the car when purchased and it's started to get pinholes in the pipes. We've got Borla exhausts on other cars and were looking for any stainless options out there. I'd prefer to stick with the Borla system or with the mufflers and combo of stainless pipes. If there are options out there other than custom (assuming the borla kit is even available anymore).

To be honest, none of the premade kits are all that great. IMHO
If you'd like, you may try going with a kit with stainless pipes and replacing the muffs/resonator with other brands, but then you might run into fitment issues.

But yeah, the Borla's sound good on the SC. I had my dad driving it the other day, and I was following in his car when he punched it on the interstate. Wow. The exhaust note at WOT sounds awesome..especially with the screaming coming from the M90.

Yes, thanks for the link, I've emailed them to see if they have access to it or just are listing it. Borla has shown it discontinued for a while.
