Question quick question regarding mil eliminators

ok, i've searched a bunch and couldn't find a definite answer. will mustang mil eliminator plug in kits fit our cars? are the o2 sensor plugs the same? i need to pass emissions to renew my plates here in illinois. got codes for catalyst inefficiency on both sides.

i've found a few sites that sell plug in kits for 96 up 4.6L mustangs. will these work?
