Bad Cat

Hey all...I have a quick question about the cats on these cars. I have a 94 V8 and One of the cats is going bad or has already gone bad. It has that bad cat smell. Anyways, I'm pretty sure its the 3rd cat thats bad. I want to just take it out and replace it with straight pipe. Is there an o2 sensor after the third cat? Am I better off just taking it out and gutting it, or buying a high-flow cat from summit or elsewhere? Any help or direction is appreciated, thanks.

95 LX 40th anniv: Retired, but lives as on as a parts car for my 94. If Anyone needs parts let me know

94 LX V8: Lowered, cone filter and removed resonator.
Soon to come: True duals and more

Nope, the last O2s in the chain are the ones immediately after the first cats on either side.

that's what I'm about to do actually. Replace my two front cats with Magnaflow 94004s, and ditch that third one.
