Manifolds

Would using 96/97 exhaust manifolds on a SC be an upgrade? I would imagine so the design is more like the way headers are made.

Ported 94/5 manifolds are the best flowing manifolds you can get for the SC short of Kooks. The 96/7s at best are equal to stock early SC manifolds. Just because they look like shorties doesn't make them good (and shorties in general are junk for that matter). SCCoA has massive threads on the subject.

Just figured I'd look into it, as I will redoing my exhaust soon. Figured if it was an upgrade then do it when doing the exhaust.
