Budget Exhaust Modifications

So i have a 1992 t-bird sport (5.0L). As many of you probably know the stock exhaust is less than exciting or aggressive. I recently ordered 40 series Flowmaster mufflers, and i really don't want to dump a thousand bucks into my exhaust, so is there anything else i can do to the motor or exhaust to make my t-bird sound more aggressive. I heard a different intake will help, is this true, if so which one is best? Thanks!

Perhaps if you could quantify what you want your exhaust to sound like.

I rather like the stock exhaust with the silencer removed ... it suits me to a T.

The BEST way to make your car sound more aggressive is ... to buy a more aggressive car! Like maybe a Bugatti with a W16 in it?
