Best set up???

I have a 4.6 what headers and exhaust kit would be best and what size pipes? I have the cold air intake already so now I'm trying to finish it up. Any info would be good.

From what I understand by searching, and reading threads on this forum (there are a lot on exhaust systems) mid length, or long tube headers offer the best performance. Short tube headers don't offer much better, if any, over the stock exhaust manifolds.

Here is a link to a thread that I posted on of my exhaust system wish list.
