96 FORD MUSTANG COBRA EXHAUST MANIFOLDS on my 1997 Lincoln Mark VIII

I have access to a pair of 96 Ford Mustang COBRA Exhaust Manifolds. Thinking of swapping out the stock manifolds for these. Thoughts?
Thanks in advance regards Tony

Not much point unless your driver side cat is toast. Besides the necessity of having to get new downtubes custom made you'll have to do the steering shaft mod and either delete EGR or use a Mustang EGR tube and modify it to reach your valve(or swap to a cobra intake manifold)

Hey thanks for the reply.
I thought they would be good for a few extra ponies.
Also thinking ahead to the day that driver side cat goes.

In terms of power there 's nothing to be gained, The stock Mark VIII manifolds aren't any more restrictive than the Mustang ones. If you were to get Mustang ones the 03/04 Cobra/Mach 1 manifolds are the least restrictive of all the stock 4V manifolds, but even still the gains will be negligible.
