Flowmaster Catback on a 3.8?

Anyone shelled out over 400 bucks on the system on a 3.8? I'm wondering if its even close to worth it.

I went with the Dynomax system, half the price.

It's not a 97 Sport, it just looks like one!

I just looked on Dynomax's site and it says its for the v8's. Is that the kit you used? The flowmaster is around the same price but what raises it to 400 is the resonator adapter that you need for v6's. Or so it says...

Can't really say if there was a power increase, nothing you could really feel.

I like the sound. Little bit of a rumble at idle, gets louder when you get on it but it's not obnoxious.

Would this work in place of the resonator on a cougar?
