Borla question

Hello guys,
Haven't messed with my exaust system, so this is the first time I'm looking into it. I got a 95' T-Bird, V8. Are the Borla mufflers compatiable with my car and can just basically bolt on without too much custom work?

I looked at Thyg0d's video and I'm just drooling after seeing it. Refeering to this: http://forums.tccoa.com/showthread.php?t=86091

Basically if I acquire these mufflers, I can just get my mechanic to install them without any custom work? I'm sorry since I ask so many question, but I just don't know. I assume it's 2.5" pipe? Also where could I find a good deal on these Borla XS? I remember there was a group purchase of them back in the day where it was a pair for $150.

Money's tight at the moment, I'm currently job hunting, but got a little saved up to spend on a nice mod. Any tips / advice / threats welcome. Thanks for your time, cheers!

Just the muffler, I don't have the cash to do the full exhaust right now. I'm looking to spend around $250 if that's do-able. Any suggests are apprecitated.

Any decent muffler shop should be able to do that for less than 250, I would think. When I first put true duals on mine I only paid 250 for the whole thing plus 2 glasspacks.

I was looking around my area, (northern VA). Went to a muffler place, greedy-a$$es wanted $650 for just the labor of installing 2 mufflers. No mufflers in the price. I laughed and left. I found a mechanic that will install for around $70-80 bucks, I just need to supply the mufflers.

That's why I need to figure out which ones fit (aka, can go on without custom work) on the car. I checked out the Borla web site and the XS comes in many different variations. What do you guys suggest?

It is 2.5" pipe right? I'm just asking to be sure and not mess up. Cheers guys.

EDIT: I been snooping around various websites, but it seems like that everything is plugged into the same database. Everyone has the same parts and same prices. Bunch of re-sellers it seems. I either get a Dynomax or Flowmaster exhaust system when I look for something. Borla does not have anything that's for a '95 Bird. Can you guys recommend anything? (That is not too pricy like I stated above).

where it splits at the rear I beleive its 1 7/8" into the muffs but the muffler shop should just be able to put a reducer pipe to make it fit. Btw, if you install two borlas in place of your stock mufflers I don't think it will be much louder than stock. If you want something with some rumble to it put Dynomax Race Bulletts in place of the stockers.
