remote mount turbo!!!?

So my friend is buying me a turbo since i hooked him up with some subs from my collection. Im really wanting to do a rear mount turbo. Nothing big just maybe 5#s. Do any of yall have any advice for me? I figured instead of wasting money to get true duals, i could just fab Up the piping to the turbo and intake. And sinc i need a tube anyway this might save money.

Performance mods-
4.6 from 93 mark viii, 93 mark viii driveshaft, smoothed intake tube, custom tune
Interior mods-
Alpine 7in headunit, 2 competition 10s ran by a 1200 watt amp, 0 gauge wire, jl door speakers with seperate amp running them, custom leather seats with thunderbird logo on back, shaved interior peices, painted interior.
Others-
17in rims, painted brake calipers, newish paint job, clear corners, 5% tint, remote start
Future mods-
Install my fin, lowering kit, shave trunk lid, all the aluminum parts I can get off my mark, 3.73s, j mod, hood scoop

Hope you plan on spending some money. Your goin to need bigger injectors, better maf, and another tune. Also need all the plumbing for oil feed and return for the turbo.

Go with a smaller turbo, go on theturboforums.com they will be able to help with the size you will need.

This kind of setup has been done before on only one mn12....

Good luck.

Lmao....... I'm with this guy, you have to be a nut to spend countless thousands on a bird . Plus saving money and turbo should never be in the same statement .

You mean to tell me you're willing to go through all that work just to run 5 lbs of boost? That's a waste, in my opinion. Nut up or shut up. Don't half-a$$ something like this.
