Oil in the intercooler

I have oil in the intercooler and in the bellow going to the throttle body...is this the PCV valve or am I getting some blow back?, I am new to the 2.3 and a turbo.
Thanks

I think you will find that much of the oil will be from the PCV. Lightnings are really bad for filling up the intercooler with oil. Construct a catch for it out of a water separator designed for air compressors and put it in the PCV line.

a lil but if oil in the the intercooler is ok, if it puddling and dripping out then clean the separator on top of the valve cover.
what year is the TC? are you running a motorcraft pcv valve?

Do the TC's run a breather hose from the valve cover to intake pipe like most turbo cars?

If so, install a catch can in that line like this one: http://www.saikoumichi.com/OCC_page.htm They work great to catch oil.

And you can use gasoline to clean the intercooler out, just dry real good before re-installing!
