Roll Call

Just wondering who else here has a TC? And what kind of mods you got?
Mine is a 88 model with all of the options except the moon roof and equalizer. My current mods are: fenderwell CAI, 3" down pipe, boost controller, complete motor and turbo rebuild about 60K miles ago, bored .30 over, cut Eibach springs, flowmaster muffler, and prolly something else that i am missing. I have the boost turned up to around 15 psi and its a beast for a 4 banger. I just wish all those v8 people would realize it lol. I would really hate to embarrass any of them lol.

I have a 1987 TC, I just got it running the other day...

Now I am going to take the drivetrain out of it and put it into a 1967 Mustang.

87 got some goodies. Ported Head, Ported intake, A237, Custom Intake, Ported exhaust manifold, 3" exhaust, and boost controller.

All of these and an ihi. have a garret gt38 and a t3 that need a rebuild. the gt38 is way to big and the t3 is just right so maybe ill just have to combine them and do some sort of twin setup.

88 5-speed, here. Did the headgasket about 8k miles ago, rebuilt the T5 about 12k ago. Almost all stock.. cone filter, intercooler fan, 18psi, 2.5" dual from the y-pipe, all new bushings, new paint two years ago. Everything else is stock and well optioned, minus leather seats and moonroof. 218k miles, stock shortblock :D

a black car.

88 5-speed not done all that much to it but it will not say that way.

Currently:

Rebuilt engine
Speed pro forged pistons
Lunati Turbo Cam
Big Valves
Boost controller (which doesn't do anything, I keep the waste gate closed always so I can get 19psi out of the little IHI)
Adjustable fuel regulator
255 LPH fuel pump
MM caster/camber plates
TWEECER RT
Gauges (fuel pressure, O2, Boost, oil pressure, water temp, and volts)
Got some 65lb injectors and a blow off valve just waiting
And of course all the radio components have been replaced with aftermarket
