turbo psi

i just bought a 87 turbo coupe 5spd and it boosts at 7 or 8 psi with regular gas and 15 psi with premium gas it it safe to turn it up

88 bronco 6in lift daily driver

87 turbo coupe 2 1/2 in. exhaust and a 331 swap soon

Most people recomend that you have some sort of intake and full exhaust before you mess with turning up the boost. i would recomend getting a air/fuel ratio gauge to make sure you dont run lean with more boost. You might also want a egt gauge to monitor everything.
