can it be done?

has anyone gone 11's in 1/4? if so what does it take? ihave an idea but not sure.

The fastest that I know of was mid 12's, heres what it took him.
(Info from NATO "www.turbotbird.com")

Scott Ressler "carcrazyscott" TC 88 1.804 12.493 108.00
Transmission: 5 spd
Head Mods: ported iron
Camshaft: Esslinger .585
Valve Size: big
Intake Mods: custom upper, ported lower
Turbo Type: 60-trim stage 3 .63 T3/T4
Intercooler: air-water IC (converted TC)
Boost PSI: 19 psi
Exhaust: Mods ATR header, ATR 3" downpipe, Tial external wastegate, ATR 2.5" dual exhaust
Injector Size: 75pph
ECM Type: SDS
Miscellaneous: adjustable cam pulley, built shortblock (stock stroke)

I beleive that this still has a full interior.

I beleive that this still has a full interior.
This setup would have gone 11's but he tore it apart for the next round of upgrades. He left off on the last run(thought he heard detonation) with that combo and still went a 12.67 at 82mph. The eighth mile was 4 tenths quicker than the 12.49's eighth.

There ia na 11 sec. 85 TC on turboford. JBCalhoun

88TC mods: SDS Digital Fuel Injection,
ported & polished big valve head(1.89/1.59), .500 lift roller cam,
custom upper and ported lower intakes, 60-1 stage III .63 turbo,
powerstroke intercooler, 60mm throttle body, 75pph injectors,
Walboro 255HP pump, Kirban adj. fuel reg., ATR header,
3" exhaust with Dynomax Ultraflow muffler, MSD 6al, MSD coil,
MSD Launch Control, MSD 8.5mm wires, K&N filter,
Star stage III clutch, Greddy Profec B boost controller,
Weld Draglites with M/T ET Street 26x11.5/15
