Can't rev past 4000?

Ok well i was having a lot of problems before but at least my car is streetable now, but for some reason i can't get it above 4000 rpms, there is a crack in my exhaust manifold, could that possible be the culprit??

I worked on a TC once doing this, and it wound up being the EGR valve, and some crap in the IC.

Nah i got all my problems figured out, it was a cam follower, and a lifter, no fire on cylinder 3, its all taken care of. But im getting awful gas mileage, like 9-10 to the gallon, and i still have a MAF code 64. So im thinking maybe a wire is grounded somewhere where it shouldn't be
