Peformance roller cam?

Who makes a good performance roller cam, that i can use as a swap for my 2.3t?

Good idea, i forgot they had the rollers. Do you by any chance know what the lift is on them? Cuz i know the lift on the rangers is like .355, which is lower than the stock t-birdl. And im looking for long term puttin a lot of air into this thing.

Racer Walsh used to sell many different cams for the 2.3L Turbo (some mild, some wild!), but I don't even know if they are still in business. (I bought many an item from them years ago)

for the touch of lift you give up on the cam to gain a roller set up, isnt enough to worry about
it'll take less hp,/drag to spin that roller than it would a flat cak

in my 88 tc i was hitting the rev limiter in the first 3 gears.

ya only need a alum head if ya plan on 400 or more horse power, spend that cash elsewhere , and you'll get a bigger pay off,and not to metion better street manners
