it will fit just fine per say, but if you use the circlips that are on the axles, you might have a real hard time trying to reomve them afterwards.....options are, get some side gears for the t-lock that are for an IRS, get the mustang side gears machined, or just do away with the circlips..

Yes and no....

Yes it will fit, and everything will bolt together. Just don't ever plan on removing your half shafts again.

Just as kdanner his opinion....

ahh so its not the best of ideas to go with this. I don't mind if I needed to pay for a rebuild but I don't know who could do the machining. This is going to be put together by a reputable shop. Do you think they would understand what would be needed to make this work? I'm want a mark pumpkin rebuilt with a SCP.com kit and 3.73s ring n pin set(all of which I have minus the track gear). I was offered this part because of the wanted posting I put up. I don't want to make things harder than they need to be, should I pass on the part?

I'm pretty sure the side gears are available from the dealership and aren't too expensive.

Can't hurt to call and get a price.

Ill consider the side gears option. I guess removing the circlip is cheap but a time eater. Would a shop have any reason to refuse the part if I removed the circlips? Also is it tough to remove them, I have an idea where they are but I've never read about how tough it is to dismantle a spider gear. Thanks for the quick replies, I hope to get this project rolling asap.
