Problem with codes

I pulled into my driveway today and put my 96 4,6 in park and it just kept reving to about 1400 rpms. I just replaced the IAC only because the car has 121k on it. I hooked up my OBDII scan tool and I get PO102 but there is no check engine light.
(Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input) is what the code means but what do I look for or check??? MAF has been cleaned and looks perfect. Did the wiggle test on any wires I could find. Anyone know what could be causing this? Thanks

Why is this in the Drivetrain section?

Either the MAF sensor is bad or the TPS sensor is giving false readings.
