The 4R70W and AODE are electronically controlled. You would either have to do a computer swap along with a bunch of wiring or you will have to buy a stand alone controller. I highly recommend finding (or rebuilding) an AOD to go back in.

first thanks you help!
i'm in china here maintenance costs is very high +500$ USD . but used transmission is only 150-200$ USD . That is why I tend to replace all the transmission or the engine and transmission assembly.
If I replace the transmission. Is buying a transmission stand alone controller "Baumannator TCS™ for Ford Electronic Transmissions" with old eec iv ecu? or any other changes need to place?

Yes, I believe the Baumanator is all you need but I have not had any experience with it. I believe a few people here have done it, maybe they will speak out.
Make sure that the 4R70W or AODE that you get has the correct bellhousing pattern. Since you have a 3.8 it has the small block Ford pattern (3.8V6, 302/5.0, 351/5.8), not the modular pattern (4.6/5.4).
