On the street 4.30s aren't bad at all, I am running a stock converter though. I've had mine in for almost a month or so (gears). The whole b-head dohc vs. pi thing gets heated and I've never ridden in a pi bird so I won't even attempt to go there. I will say I'm very happy with my car though. Swapping the motor was easy, after all the prep work (clean, paint, etc.) was done, I single handidly swapped mine in one night (even after an 8 hour day of working on customers' cars). It is also like a completely different car compared to it with the old motor with 3.73s. My car with the new motor definitely isn't the fastest mn12 ever, but I wouldn't call it slow. Im fairly certain the na 2v guys that are fast run numerically high gears as well.
