What could cause this? (Pic)



Check out the burn marks on the yellow connector.

Is this normal? The transmission had just under 25k at the time I took it apart for a rebuild.

I actually thought you watched me do it. I did eventually buy a soldering gun that can do it, but that weller I bought and had then took forever and a day to heat up.

Haha I know how you feel. I finally broke down and bought a soldering iron too when I decided to Megasquirt the car instead of going SCT. Turns out the little bastards can actually burn you when they're not pieces of junk!
