Flexplates

Need a new flexplate for the cougar, pref one that can take a bit more stress than stock anyway, I was lookin at a B&M but I'm pretty sure they're just a stock replacement and I REALLY don't want to drop 400 for a freakin flexplate (scp).

So which should I get, a stocker or a really es-pensive one?
(I am upgrading the torque converter, fyi incase it helps)

Can ya tell I'm up to no good?

96 Mark VIII [email protected] :: 03 radiator/fan - j-modded trans - BBK UD pulley kit - dual gauge pod - 28,000 B&M transcooler (w/ AN fits) - 3.73 locker (with speedo gear) - 180' thermo - 8.5mm wires - colder plugs
soon to install : "fixed" heads and a damn tune. Project snaked8 continues...
