can I use MK 8 axles in my 94LX?

I still need to replace the bent right axle that I discovered last year. since I have a possible MK8 donor at the junkyard I need to know exactly what I can use or not use.

feel free to mention any other parts that would be usable as far as rear end and front end parts (axles, rear end, anything suspension wise).

I have been told a few things but not specific. I will not have time to pull parts that will not work and end up taking back.

give it to me straight.

I would take the whole rear end and bolt it in. It is so much easier that way.

what is the difference in the rear end? were the Mark8's geared diffferently?

your right. I could pull the whole thing intact and swap it all out. brakes, axles, rear

depends on what the goons want to charge me for it.

thanks-
Mike

You will just have to fab up some spring seats for the rear control arms if you get them also, but it's not too terribly hard.
