Wha Wha vibe @ 2000rpm range - LONG

around 2000 rpm I hear and feal a wha wha wha vibe like something in unbalanced. started with my old engine.

What has been done to my car since.

New 02 explorer engine
new MArk VIII flex plate and TC
Underdrives
new idler pulleys
new tensioner
new belt
new motor mounts
new trans mount
new IRS bushings

new tires
rebalanced wheels and numerous alignments
new shocks springs

AFTER ALL THAT IT STILL DOES IT!

It sounds like it's coming from the engine. I can feel it in the pedals. You can't hear it in the rear of the car.

Any idea?

Is it engine speed, road speed, or gear speed? In other words. Does it happen when your not in gear and sitting still? Does it happen in every gear at 2000 rpm but not while sitting still in nuetral? Or does it only happen in top gear at 2000 rpm? And if the last is true, what speed does it occure at?
