I have the 1-2 in, but I noticed that the 2-3 wants to fall out all the time (before I bent the clips a bit). Does the 2-3 accum. travel all the way up the bore when engaged, or does it just butt up against the inside of it's bore and seal that way? Seems that you could gently tap the accum. up into the very top of the bore in order to get it in straight, then just install the cover at the bottom. Is this a bad idea? Need to get this thing on the road by morning, so time is of the essence.
These are highly engineered precision vehicles, the first step in diagnosing the problem is to strike the suspected offending part sharply and repeatedly with a blunt object, then re-test.
