Can stall speed be changed on a PI TC?

My TC in my car is the pinkish-purple calling card of PI, and judging by the others mods on the car, they wouldn't have went cheap on the TC. So I am assuming its a PI.
My question is can a TC be "re-stalled" for lack of a better term? This car really needs something in the 3500+ range. It would be nice to know that I can send them this one to be modified instead of spending $900 on a whole new TC.
I sent PI an email, but haven't heard anything yet. So I figured I'd fire off the question in here. Thanks.

Yeah it can be changed. I have also read on here (I think) and on MD that when you buy a PI converter you are allowed one free stall adjustment. Did the original owner leave any receipts with the car? You might get lucky if he did

Thanks for the heads up. I'll try to contact the previous owner.
