I was wondering about this myself. What methods do you have for shifting with one? I've heard of people using the cruise control but I value my cruise control. Can you use basically any button?

Performance automatics (http://www.performanceautomatics.com) sells them for the 4R70W and I believe it's around $550. Check out their site (online catalog).

That thing is about as good for your tranny as pounding sand into it, and then doing rev-limiter neutral drops.

Well it would be good if you wanted to run a 4R70W on an older car with no EEC provisions for running a transmission, Like a 93 or older vehicle.
