stalling correctly?

How do i know that my im stalling at the proper speed. I just installed my maruader tc and it was fine the first few weeks but it seems to not be "feeling" like it was when i put it in there. I didnt find any metal since i did the PI swap and tc change, complete fluid flush too about 2 months ago.
I was a reman tc and unsure if its working/stalling to proper rpm ... i felt a better 3k plus pull b4 pi swap. My times have only improved 2 tenths with PI engine, tc, underdrives, deleted 3rd cat no muffs. 15.267 at 89mph. Just did jmod and it definitely shifts firmer, doesnt chirp tires though. I did leave the bottom spring in though.

sorry for the rambling but ive been searching for a few hrs now.
