manual shifting AODE.

Hey I have read alot of stuff saying that manual shifting in a 4R70W is bad. I was just wondering if this is still true when you have the new pistons and Baumann shift kit??

I know with the J-mod the manual shifting is a little less stressful, but with a 95 tranny I'd stay away from manually shifting 1-2 and 2-1 often. Not sure how the Baumann kit differs in that area.

In the tech articles it says, once you've J-modded the transmission you can manually shift all day long. It has also been said it's ok to manually shift it once you've J-modded it. Probably even on a 95 transmission. As long as you've got a good cooler, i don't see any harm to it.
