Q. about the B&M trans fluid

i put the B&M trans fluid in about 2 months ago and now somtimes the trans seems to not want to shift sometimes and sometimes it does just fine . could it be the fluid or the trans going out

Was it Mercon 3 or Mercon V?

it didnt say ,would it just be best to flush it out and just go back with normal trans fluid because it didnt start acting up till i put the B&M trick shift in

Well, it might be too late for that now since it appears the damage was already done but I would flush it out and put in Mercon V and hope you didn't ruin your trans.

I have uesd [email protected] for a year with no problem's when i first bought the car but know i use royal purple only and love it. I have been using it for 4 years with no problems.

Im going to be trying the B&M tomorrow myself, hoping that it may modify the friction attributes enough to make my slipping transmission last just a little longer..

i could tell a little bit of a diff. , it would chirp a bit of a 2nd. gear . but now im having probs. with the trans ,hope the fluid didnt contibute to my probs. and you will need 13qts if you drain the torque conv. also.
