c4 swap

Anybody have a c4 behind thier modular? Im looking for a parts list. I can already say bellhousing, converter, flexplate, driveshaft yoke, trans mount. Does the drive shaft fit?

summit and jegs sell the stuff you need. i was gonna do the same thing with my 94 but i decided to go with a 5.0/c-4 carbed combo instead. when i measured the tranny's they both came out to 31 1/2" long or close to that, not sure on the precise measurements, but thats what my eyeball was reading lol. i'd just have your tranny that you got in there now built up that way you got overdrive for highway mileage, that c-4 is gonna suck some gas if you go with numerically higher gears.. just my .02

the 94/95 cases are teh suk. If you want to build your 4R70W to be bulletproof, use a later model case, as they arent that hard to find. If built right, it will be stronger than just about thything you can buy.

all of the specs to do this are in the tech articles on the site. Factoring in a new driveshaft, bellhousing, etc.....will probably run you as much as having a trans built, and alot more than locating a 99+ GT/CrownVic(nonP71) 4R and doing that.
