Darn.

How about on a 97 3.8? (To keep as a spare for my daily driver)

Thanks!

Jim, you don't want an early 4r70w in your vehicle.

You can get a newer mustang 3.8 4r70w for like 200 bucks, then just rewire it for your vehicle.

You gotta get a tranny from a 4.6 car. No 3.8 tranny will bolt up

Jim has a 3.8 car.

The bellhousing is different between the 3.8 cars and the 4.6, we all agree on that, young grasshopper.

Thanks for the help guys!

I guess I will pass on this deal, and wait until I come across a newer model one.

Exactly my point, JustinH, if you bothered to look at the first post you will see. "Young GrassHopper"
