why it jumps from overdrive to nuetral while driving 65 mph

...been doing for a while ..it stopped when i installed a hayden tranny cooler now its back ...going 65 it will jump from od to nuetral ..i let off throttle and it goes into gear ,,,few minutes later does it again ,,,seems to do it about 4 or 5 times within 5 miles then it goes ok? just went on a 40 mile trip and kicked it down or say passed 2 cars at once since there only a few times to pass in back roads..it went from 55 to 90 with no shutter or slippage at all ...do i need to rebuild it again?

thanks for any help

Sounds like it could be the MLPS. Do a search and it should help you figure out if that's the problem.
