J-mod and valve body gaskets?

When i do the J-mod do i need to replace the gaskets even if they look ok?(75k miles 4r70w)

and if i use FORD gaskets is there still a need for a retorque after a week?

I would definitely replace the gaskets. They're cheap enough, so why take chances.

Honestly, I've never gone and retorqued mine. When the fluid needed changing, I double checked them and they were fine.

yes replace the gaskets, no need to retorque.
