valve body

I just purchased a NOS valve body for a 1996 t-bird, and I am planning on installing in a 1997 t-bird, will there be any problems? I got too good of a price so I had to make the purchase, besides that I have 170XXX on my orignal trans with only a cooler adder 90,XXX miles when installed, and no mods to valve body at all.

Nope. VB was the same in 96/97. But why'd you want to replace it in the first place?

The new valve body has already been modified, and I don't have that much time to spend with it. The Army is killing us over here with our current mission and work schedule. I just assume it will be easier and faster to unbolt the old one and bolt the new one in.
