aode issues

after finishing my t70 turbo setup on my mustang, i'm having problems with the tranny. shifting 1st to 2nd is fine, shifting from 2nd to 3rd there is major lag (almost like it is slipping) and then shifting into overdrive doesn't happen at all. also i've noticed that i can no longer downshift....and if it does it takes about 5 seconds whereas before it was nearly instant. called lintech and they think it is the silonoids (spelling?). what do you guys think?

thanks,
Gus

PS i also installed a B&M rachet shifter, but i don't see how that would cause these problems.

I doubt its the solenoids. I would bet more on a smoked direct clutch and overdrive band. Quite common stuff even on stock power.
