rear carrier

is the rear carrier the same from a 95 ford thunderbird and a 93 mark VIII.
just not sure what cars and what years they put aluminum in and which ones were iron.

The mark is alluminum.

Can you interchange them???

bird is iron/steel, mark is aluminum and open (rather than trac-lok)

MN-12 (Bird or Cat): Iron/Steel, could possibly be a Trac-Lok

FN-10 (Mark): Aluminum, always an open (unless a Trac-Lok was installed before the Mark was junked)
