Trac-Loc Clutch and friction plates

I bought the rebuild kit for Supercoupe Performance and was wondering is there a certin way they go on and do I need any special tools and or shims to do it?

The scp kit has 8 frictions. Stack them friction,steel,friction,steel,friction,steel,frict ion.
Repeat for opposite side.
